  1. 1/2 lb. Mexican chorizo , crumbled

  2. 1/2 red pepper , cut into thin strips

  3. 1/2 onion , thinly sliced

  4. 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

  5. 1 fresh jalapeño pepper , seeded, sliced

  6. 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)

  7. 1/2 tsp. olive oil

  8. 1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce

  9. 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

  10. 1 plum tomato , thinly sliced

  11. 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

  1. HEAT oven to 425ºF.

  2. COOK chorizo in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally; drain. Add red peppers and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and jalapeño peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender.

  3. PLACE pizza crust on baking sheet; brush edge with oil. Spread crust with sauce; top with 3/4 cup cheese, chorizo mixture, tomatoes and remaining cheese.

  4. BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
