  1. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  2. 1 tablespoon cold water

  3. 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

  4. 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches) TOPPING:

  5. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  6. 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats

  7. 2 tablespoons sugar

  8. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  9. 3 tablespoons cold butter

  1. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir in pie filling. Pour into crust. For topping, combine flour, oats and sugars in another small bowl; cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is browned. Cool on a wire rack; refrigerate until chilled. Yield: 6-8 servings.
