  1. 1 Onion - chopped

  2. 1 Celery stalk - chopped

  3. 2 Green peppers - chopped

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  8. 3 cups 711ml Water

  9. 3 cups 711ml Milk

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Light cream

  11. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cottage cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook the onion, celery and green peppers in the butter for 15 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, water and milk. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Just before serving, add the cream and cheese. Heat but don't boil. Serves 8.
