  1. 400 gram fresh bean curd in clear water

  2. 2 cloves garlic -- crushed

  3. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons water

  5. 1 tablespoon oil

  6. 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  1. Preparation : Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornstarch. Boil together. Serve hot.
