  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (medium)

  3. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Tomato sauce

  4. 1 Bay leaf

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Curry powder

  6. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml White vinegar

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dry mustard

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Hot pepper sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped parsley

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and saute the onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.

  2. Discard the bay leaf and transfer the sauce to a container.
