  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Pork tenderloins - (to 2 lbs)

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Granny Smith apple - (or 2 small) - chopped (large)

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Applesauce

  4. 1 Green onions with

  5. 3" of green tops - sliced thinly

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Brown sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar

  1. Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the crockpot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

  2. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
