  1. 100 gram mushrooms

  2. 1 bell peppers -- green

  3. 1 onion

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  6. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  7. 1/4 teaspoon chile powder

  8. 50 milliliters oil

  1. Preparation : Slice the mushrooms, pepper and onion. Place in a bowl, add the salt, curry powder, turmeric and chile powder and mix well. Heat the oil and stir fry the mushroom mixture for 10 minutes. Note - If this curry appears too dry add 60 ml Coconut milk, thick just prior to serving.
