  1. INGERDIENTS:-

  2. Pastry for single crust pie

  3. 3/4 c. sugar

  4. 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

  5. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

  6. 6 c. peeled, thickly sliced fresh peaches (3 lbs.)

  7. 3 tbsp. grenadine syrup

  8. 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  9. 2 tbsp. butter

  10. DIRECTIONS:-

  11. Prepare oven to 375 degrees.

  12. 5 minutes. Stir in grenadine syrup and lemon juice. Turn mixture into a

  13. 1/2 quart casserole or a deep

  14. 10′ round baking dish, spreading peaches evenly. Dot with butter. Place pastry over peach mixture in baking dish. flute to the sides of dish but not over the edge. Cover edge with foil. Place dish on a baking sheet. Bake in

  15. 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, bake for 30 minutes more or until crust is golden color. Makes
