  2. Whole Wheat Hamburger And Hot Dog Buns - 1 Pound

  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  9. 3 Tablespoons Shortening

  10. 3 Tablespoons Sugar

  11. 1 1/3 Cups Flour, All-Purpose

  12. 2/3 Cup Flour, Whole-Grain Wheat

  13. 2 Teaspoons Yeast

  14. 5/8 Cup Water -- warmed

  15. Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed.

  16. Set at dough setting.

  17. When done for hamburger buns cut and shape into 7 pieces.

  18. For hot dog buns cut and shape into 8 pieces.

  19. 1 hour. Bake at

  20. 400 for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on racks. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

  21. NOTES : Don't make buns to large because they get bigger during the second rise.
