  6. 1 Onion - diced

  7. 1 Green pepper - sliced

  8. 1 Green olives - sliced (7oz)

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley - chopped

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Basil

  11. 1 Iceberg lettuce - washed and torn
