  1. 1 1/2 lb ground chuck

  2. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste

  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  6. 4 slices mozzarella cheese cut in strips

  1. Combine all but mozzarella cheese. Shape into patties. Pan fry or cook on your George Foreman type grill. Top with cheese and cook a few minutes more till cheese begins to melt. Serve on buns.
