  1. 4 medium cucumbers , peeled, seeded, and grated

  1. In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, onions, dill, mint, pepper, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, stir mixture until well combined; transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
