  2. 1 pk Yeast

  3. 1/8 ts Ginger

  4. 2 1/2 c Bread flour

  5. 1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour

  6. 1/2 c Wheat germ

  7. 1 ts Salt

  8. 3 tb Honey

  9. 1 cn Evaporated milk (12 oz.)

  10. 2 tb Salad oil

  11. 1/2 c Cracked wheat

  12. 1/2 c Boiling water

  1. Put dry ingredients in first.

  2. Cover the 1/2 cup cracked wheat with boiling water, stir, and let cool.

  3. Then add cooled cracked wheat, select white bread and push start.

  4. NOTE: Cracked wheat is available in health food stores.
