  2. 24 gluten-free unbaked tart shells

  3. filling

  4. 1 cup cooked white kidney beans

  5. 1/2 cup maple syrup

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 1/3 cup brown sugar

  8. 1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted

  9. 1/2 cup raisins

  1. NOTE: Gluten-free pastry made with bean flour is lower in fat than regular pastry.

  2. Combine all ingredients except raisins in a food processor or blender.

  3. Divide raisins evenly among tart shells.

  4. Pour filling over raisins, filling medium-size tart shells 3/4 full.

  5. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling set.

  6. Makes 24 tarts.
