  3. 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef

  4. 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken

  5. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper s

  6. 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce , divided

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.

  2. WHISK egg and water in large bowl until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; mix well.

  3. PRESS into 9x5-inch loaf pan; brush with remaining barbecue sauce.

  4. BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Let stand 10 min. before slicing.
