  1. 1 pound of ground beef

  1. Mix all the ingredients together small into balls for a side larger balls for a main course. sear the balls in a nonstick pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Place the sear meatballs in a glass cake pan cover with your favorite tomato sauce and put into a preheated 300 degree oven. Cook for a minimum of 2 hours.

  5. This recipe can also be done with a mix of beef, pork and veal, and they can also be stuffed with fresh mozzarella.
