  1. 1 whole chicken, cut up Juice of one orange (about 1/3 cup)

  2. 1 16-ounce bottle green tomatillo salsa

  1. Place chicken in an oven-proof baking dish. Pour orange juice over chicken then salt and pepper generously Pour salsa over chicken to cover. Marinate in refrigerator two hours or overnight. Bake in a 325 degree oven until juices run clear, about 1 hour. Cool chicken in its juices. Prepare grill and when hot, move chicken to a platter; spray with oil to prevent sticking. Grill until crisp and brown, about 15 minutes.
