  1. 8 ounces Tomato sauce

  2. 1 1/2 pounds Lean ground beef

  3. 1 cup Fine dry bread crumbs

  4. cup Egg beaters

  5. cup Chopped onion

  6. 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  7. 1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves

  1. Reserve ¼ cup tomato sauce. In a bowl combine beef, bread crumbs, egg beaters, onion, garlic powder, oregano and remaining tomato sauce. Shape into a 4 x 9 inch loaf. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 deg f for 30 minutes. Spread remaining tomato sauce over the top. Bake another 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 deg f. Makes 8 servings.
