  1. 1 Olive oil

  2. 3 Crushed garlic cloves (or more - to taste)

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped tomato

  4. 2 Chopped fresh (or 2 t. Dried) parsley

  5. 1 Chopped fresh (or 1 t. Dried) basil

  6. 2 Honey

  7. 1/4 Salt

  8. 1/8 Black pepper

  9. 2 Cooked elbow macaroni

  10. 4 ounces

  12. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Canned black beans - rinsed and drained

  13. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Chopped fresh spinach - WELL CLEANED and Drained

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add garlic;

  2. saute 1 minute. Add tomato, parsley, basil, honey, salt and pepper, and saute 3 minutes. Add macaroni, beans and spinach and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Feel free to use any other seasonings of your choosing, and if you'd like, you can add shredded chicken or beef for a meal with meat. Enjoy!!!
