  1. 1 medium size onion

  2. 1 medium size cucumber

  3. 2 up yogurt

  4. 1 cup mint leaves

  5. 2 teaspoon sugar

  6. 3 green chillies

  7. 1/2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

  8. salt to taste

  9. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  10. a pinch of black salt

  11. 1/4 cup of coriender to garnish

  1. Cut onion and cucumber in small pieces Drain all the water from it Grind Mint leaves, sugar, salt and green chillies and make it into a paste Mix the above paste and yogurt with cucumber and onion.

  2. Add black pepper and black salt to it.

  3. Add lemon juice and mix it well.

  4. Garnish it with coriander
