  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Shrimp - shelled & deveined

  2. 1 Onion - sliced thinly

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chili sauce

  4. Salt

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil

  1. Prepare shrimp and onion.

  2. Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Stir fry shrimp and onions in it for about 2 minutes. Add salt and chili sauce. Stir everything together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.

  3. NOTE: Shrimp do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture.
