  1. 1 1/2 cups celery -- thinly sliced

  2. 10 oz package frozen green peas -- defrosted

  3. 6-1/2 oz can tuna -- drained

  4. 1 cup crushed potato chips

  5. 3/4 cup mayonnaise -- or salad dressing

  6. 1/3 cup slivered almonds -- toasted*

  7. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 2 teaspoons finely chopped onion

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

  11. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preparation : Mix all ingredients except potato chips and cheese. Pile lightly into 4 individual baking dishes or custard cups. Arrange dishes in a circle on a 12 inch plate. Sprinkle with the potato chips and cheese. Microwave uncovered on medium high (70%) 4 minutes; rearrange baking dishes. Microwave until hot and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. *For 1/2 cup: Add 1 teaspoon margarine to 1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds. Microwave uncovered on high, stirring every 30 seconds until almonds are crisp and light brown. Approximately 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Watch carefully.
