  1. 1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts

  2. Drained and chopped 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

  3. 1 can (4-oz) green chili peppers

  4. Chopped 1 cup Mayonnaise

  5. Tortilla chips for dipping

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise. Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
