  1. 2 Scotch Bonnet or habanero chilies

  2. 4 Jalapenos (large)

  3. 1 cup 237ml Honey

  4. 1 cup 237ml Orange juice

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  6. 1 cup 237ml Squirt of prepared mustard (large)

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ginger

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Allspice

  1. Chop peppers up and add to the blender. Then add all other ingredients and puree until consistency is very smooth. Then place in sauce pan and simmer on low heat for 30-45minutes. Keep in refrigerator. This can be used as a mop/basting sauce and/or for topping the finished product. Caution everyone that it is HOT, especially if you leave seeds in.
