  3. 1 pk (10-oz) frozen peas or 1 lb

  4. 1 c Brown gravy

  5. 1 ds Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tb Tomato paste

  7. 2 tb Chopped parsley

  8. 6 Sliced mushrooms

  9. 1 lg Tomato chopped

  10. 1 lb Lean ground beef

  11. Pepper

  12. 1 ds Milk/whipping cream

  13. 2 tb Butter/margarine

  14. Salt

  15. peas shelled

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water to cover.

  2. Drain, cool and peel.

  3. Mash in large bowl with butter, milk and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  4. SEt aside.

  5. Saute beef until browned, stirring to keep meat crumbly.

  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  7. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, tomato paste, worcestershire and gravy.

  8. Stir to mix.

  9. Add peas and cook about 5 minutes.

  10. Turn mixture into casserole.

  11. Spread potatoes evenly over meat.

  12. Bake at 400 degrees 40 minutes until top is crispy brown.
