  1. 12 uncooked jumbo pasta shells

  2. 8 oz. lean ground beef

  3. 1 cup salsa

  4. 1/2 8 oz. can tomato sauce

  5. 1/2 cup frozen corn

  6. 1/4 cup canned black bean , rinsed and drained

  7. 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese or cheddar cheese (4 ounces) Toppings

  8. 1/4 cup sour cream

  9. 1/4 cup salsa

  10. 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olive s

  11. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion s

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions, drain.

  2. In a nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.

  3. Stir in the salsa, tomato sauce, corn and beans.

  4. Spoon into pasta shells.

  5. Place in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese.

  7. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

  8. Top with sour cream, sala, olives and onions.
