  1. 511 g package dry devil's food cake mix

  2. 1 1/2 cups sour cream

  3. 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  4. 1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur

  5. 2 large eggs, beaten to blend

  6. 112 g package instant chocolate pudding mix

  7. powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 cup bundt pan. Combine devil's food cake mix, sour cream, oil, liqueur, eggs and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat about 3 minutes until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake about 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake comes out clean. Transfer cake to a rack and cool to room temperature. Invert cake onto a serving plate and remove pan. Sift powdered sugar over cake before serving.
