  1. 1/2 Coconut

  2. 1 Onion

  3. 1 Chile - fresh

  4. 2 Tomatoes

  5. 60 -water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Turmeric

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon - ground

  8. Curry leaf sprigs

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Fenugreek

  10. 75 Coconut milk

  11. 1 Lime - juice of

  12. To taste

  1. Grate the coconut, chop the onion and chile and slice the tomatoes. Place in a pan, add the water, cinnamon, turmeric, curry leaves and fenugreek and cook until onions are soft. Add the coconut milk, stir well and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the lime juice and salt to taste.
