  2. 6 ounces fettuccine -- uncooked

  3. 1/3 cup sour cream

  4. 3 tablespoons fresh chives -- chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon peel -- grated

  6. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon soft margarine

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

  1. Boil 3 quarts water. Add fettuccine. Stir until water boils again (about 30 seconds). Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with fettuccine. Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing entree.
