  1. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  2. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  3. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  4. 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  5. 4-5 ounces mixed baby greens

  1. Combine the vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk in the olive oil. Place the salad greens in a bowl large enough for tossing and pour the vinaigrette over them. Toss and serve.
