  1. - Baked 9 inch pie shell

  2. 1 pkg. coconut cream pudding

  3. 1 1/2 c. milk

  4. 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring

  5. 2 c. whipping cream (whipped)

  6. 1 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches

  1. Combine pudding and milk. Cook according to pudding directions. Cool 5 minutes. Add flavoring. Fold in whipping cream. Pour enough filling to cover bottom of pie crust. Arrange peaches on top of filling. Cover with remaining filling. Chill.
