  1. 3 cans Refrigerated biscuits

  2. 1 pounds Ground beef

  3. 1 small Onion, chopped

  4. cup Chopped green pepper

  5. 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon Salt

  7. teaspoon Pepper

  8. teaspoon Oregano

  9. Oil for frying

  1. Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing well.

  2. Roll out each biscuit into a 5" circle. Place 1 rounded tablespoon meat mixture on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.

  3. Fry about 3" of oil to 375F. Deep fry each biscuit until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
