  1. Preparation : Mix well and pour batter into greased 8 inch square aluminum baking pan. Bake with moderate heat for about 25 to 30 minutes. If you prefer a thicker muffin, use two packages Jiffy corn muffin mix with 1 cup water. For darker crust, use non fat dry milk solution instead of water.
