  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cloves

  10. 5 cups 312g / 11oz Flour Filling

  11. 2 Egg whites

  12. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vanilla

  13. 4 tablespoons 60ml Flour

  14. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

  15. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Vegetable oil

  16. 1 lb 454g / 16oz -- ¥

  17. 10 Sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put together.
