  1. CANDY BAR PIE

  2. 15 oz Pillsbury all ready pie crust

  3. 5 2.07-oz Snickers candy bars

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 12 oz cream cheese, softened

  6. 2 eggs

  7. 1/3 cup sour cream

  8. 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

  9. 3 tablespoons whipping cream

  10. 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

  11. Heat oven to 450 F. Prepare pie crust according to package instructions

  12. 9 inch pie pan. Bake at

  13. 450 F. for 5-7 minutes or until very light golden brown. Remove from oven,

  14. cool. Reduce temperature to 325 F.

  15. Cut candy bars in half lengthwise, cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Place

  16. candy bar pieces over bottom of partially baked crust. In small

  17. bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beat until smooth. Add eggs

  18. one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream

  19. and peanut butter, beating until mixture is smooth. Pour over

  20. 325 F for 30-40 minutes or until center

  21. is set. Cool completely.

  22. In small saucepan, heat whipping cream until very warm. Remove

  23. from heat, stir in chocolate chips.

  24. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Spread over

  25. top of pie. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. Store in

  26. refrigerator. 10 servings
