    1. 2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes

    2. 1/3 c. melted butter

    3. 3 eggs, beaten

    4. 1/3 c. milk or half and half

    5. 1/2 tsp. baking powder

    6. 1 c. sugar

    7. Pinch of salt

    8. 1 tsp. allspice

    9. 1 tsp. cinnamon

    1. Combine all ingredients and beat well with mixer. Pour a little in each pie crust and bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes.
