  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Hash brown potatoes - frozen

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion powder

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  4. 1 cup 237ml Cream of mushroom soup

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cheddar cheese - shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan. Put into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan over top...probably about 1/4 cup or so. Bake for 1 hour at 400F. This can be doubled easily. Also can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
