  1. 1 Fat-free chocolate snack cake mix such as betty Crocker sweet rewards

  2. 12 1/2 ounce

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped unsalted - dry-roasted peanuts

  5. 1/4 Cu peanut butter chips

  6. 1 Egg - lightly beaten (large) or 1/4 cup egg substitute

  7. Nonstick cooking spray

  8. 1 cup 237ml Miniature marshmallows

  1. Preheat oven to 375 oF.

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle marshmallows over batter. Bake 375 oF for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.

  3. Yield: 8 servings.
