  1. 24 md Prawns, uncooked

  2. 1 Egg

  3. 1/2c Water

  4. 1 ts Oil

  5. 1 tb Cornstarch

  6. 2 tb Flour -- DIPPING BATTER --

  7. 1 c Parmesan cheese

  8. 2 c Japanese bread crumbs

  9. 1 1/2tb Lemon juice

  10. 1 1/2tb Worcestershire sauce

  11. 1 tb Salt Pinch of salt

  1. + Directions : 1. Shell the prawns and butterfly them. Season with salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Dip the seasoned prawns into the DIPPING BATTER and roll them in the breadcrumb/cheese mix.

  4. Deep fat fry them at 350 degrees for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown. DIPPING BATTER: Mix all ingredients together.
