  1. 3 T Margarine

  2. 1/3 c Sugar

  3. 1 ea Large Egg

  4. 3/4 c Unbleached All-purpose Flour

  5. 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  6. 3/4 c Sugar

  7. 3 T Unbleached All-purpose Flour

  8. 3 ea Large Eggs

  9. 16 oz Canned Peach Halves

  10. 1/4 c Almond Flavored Liqueur

  1. Peach halves should be drained, and then pureed.

  2. Combine margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Blend in egg.

  4. Add flour; mix well.

  5. Spread dough onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

  6. Bake at 450 degrees F.

  7. , 10 minutes.

  8. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour; mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

  9. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  10. Add peaches and liqueur; mix well.

  11. Pour over crust.

  12. Bake at 450 degrees F.

  13. , 10 minutes.

  14. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F.

  15. continue baking 65 minutes.

  16. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

  17. Chill.

  18. Garnish with additional peach slices and sliced almonds, if desired.
