  6. 6 tablespoons 90ml Hoisin sauce

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Chinese 5-spice mix

  9. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar
