  2. 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces

  3. 1 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Heat cream and butter in a small medium saucepan until bubbling and butter is melted. Remove from heat, then briefly stir in chocolate chips and let stand to melt chocolate, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir chocolate until completely melted and sauce is smooth.
