  1. 3 T Lime juice

  2. 1 T Vegetable oil

  3. 1 T Honey

  4. 1 lb Sea Scallops

  5. 1 T Soy sauce

  6. 1/4t Ginger

  7. 2 T Toasted sesame seeds

  1. + Combine lime juice, oil, honey, soy sauce, and ginger.

  2. Add scallops and toss to coat.

  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove scallops from marinade, reserving marinade.

  5. Thread scallops evenly on 4 skewers.

  6. Place skewers on shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick coating.

  7. Broil 4-6 inches from source of heat 2-3 minutes.

  8. Turn and baste with reserved marinade and continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until opaque throughout.

  9. Place sesame seeds on wax paper and roll each skewer over the seeds to evenly coat scallops.

  10. Serve immediately.
