  1. 1/3 cup butter -

  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced -

  3. 1 tablespoon rosemary - fresh, chopped -

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt -

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

  6. 4 cups french bread - cut into 1" cubes

  1. Melt butter in non-stick skillet. Add garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add bread cubes, toss to combine and coat cubes. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until bread is nicely toasted; approximately 15 minutes. Serve in soups or over a salad.
