  2. 1 oz 28g Diced red peppers

  3. 1 oz 28g Diced yellow peppers

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped tarragon

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh lemon juice

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  7. Salt - to taste

  8. Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
