  1. 1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz.)

  2. 1/2 cup olive oil

  3. 1/2 cup orange juice

  4. 1/4 cup vinegar

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano -- crushed

  6. 6 peppercorns

  7. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  8. 2 whole chicken breasts -- split

  9. 4 chicken legs -- including thighs

  10. 1 recipe honey-mustard glaze

  11. 1 teaspoon salt **HONEY-MUSTARD GLAZE**

  12. 1/4 cup honey

  13. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

  1. Preparation : In large screw-top jar combine all ingredients except chicken and glaze. Cover; shake vigorously to blend. In shallow dish, pour tomato sauce mixture over chicken. Cover; marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turniug occasionally. Drain, reserving marinade, Grill chicken over medium coals for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning frequently. *Just before serving brush with glaze.* Note, that nowadays, glaze should be brought to a boil, before brushing on grilled chicken
