  1. 1 LB sweet Italian sausage

  2. 1 LB hot Italian sausage

  3. 2 tbsp olive oil

  4. 1 green bell pepper sliced

  5. 1 red bell pepper sliced

  6. 1 large onion sliced

  7. 8 to 10 sundried tomatoe halves

  8. 1 garlic glove

  9. 1 6 oz can of tomatoe sauce !/

  10. 2 cup of chablis blanc white wine

  11. 1 tsp basil

  12. 1 tsp oregano salt and pepper to taste

  1. Brown sausage in large frying pan,with a cover.Slice peppers and onion.Place the sundried tomatoes,garlic,tomatoe sauce,and wine into a food proccessor,proccess until it becomes a paste it will be thick. After sausages are browned place peppers and onions on top, then season. Spread sundried tomatoe mixture on top of peppers and onions cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and stir .cook a few more minutes. You will have a delicious sauce with the sausage, serve on a sub roll as a yummy sandwich or over pasta Yield: serves 6 Notes: I use dried sundried tomatoes not the ones in oil, also to save time you can get already slice peppers and onions in the produce section at your grocery store.Definitely use chablis blanc wine
