  2. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  3. 1 tb Finely minced onion

  4. 1 Clove garlic, finely minced

  5. 3 oz Chorizo (Mexican sausage)

  6. 2 oz Cream cheese, softened

  7. 1 tb Sour cream

  8. Salt to taste

  9. 12 Jalapenos, seeded, halved

  10. -and deribbed

  1. Preparation :

  2. Heat oil in a skillet and saute onion and garlic over medium heat 2-3minutes, until transparent.

  3. Add chorizo and cook 5 minutes, breaking up meat with a fork as it cooks.

  4. When fully cooked, remove skillet from heat and cool slightly, then stir in cheese and sour cream.

  5. Spoon intp jalapenos; serve.
