  6. 1 9 single pie crust*

  7. 2 tb Granola; finely crushed*

  8. 3 c Apples; cored, pared, sliced

  9. 1/2 c Margarine; divided

  10. 2 Eggs

  11. 14 oz Eagle sweetened conden. milk

  12. 1 ts Maple flavoing

  13. 1 1/4 ts Cinnamon

  14. 1/8 ts Nutmeg

  15. 1/2 c Brown sugar; firmly packed

  16. 1/2 c Flour

  17. 1/4 c Granola; finely crushed

  18. *If making own crust, add the 2 T of finely crushed granola to the flour

  19. before rolling out. Heat oven to 425 degrees For filling: Arrange apples in

  20. unbaked pie shell. Melt 1/4 c margarine. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add

  21. sweetened condensed milk, melted margarine, maple flavor, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour over apples. For topping: Combine sugar and flour in

  22. medium bowl. Cut in remaining margarine until crumbly. Stir in granola.

  23. 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp

  24. 375 degrees. Bake at

  25. 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden

  26. brown. (Cover top or edge of pie with foil, if necessary to prevent

  27. overbrowning). Serve warem, at room tem or chilled. A Crisco American Pie
