    3. Margarine or butter, soften

    4. 1 1/2 c Chopped cooked mixed

    5. Crabmeat, scallops, shrimp

    6. or Lobster

    7. 1 ts Margarine or butter

    8. 6 Poached eggs

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Prepare Hollandaise Sauce; keep warm.

    2. Split English muffins; toast.

    3. Spread each muffin half with margarine; keep warm.

    4. Heat seafood in 1 teaspoon margarine over medium heat just until hot.

    5. Prepare Poached Eggs.

    6. Place 1/4 cup seafood on each muffin half.

    7. Top with 1 poached egg.

    8. Spoon warm sauce over eggs.

    9. SERVINGS; 360 CALORIES PER SERVING.
